At Charm & Tale, each piece is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized items.

Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring names, dates, wording, and other customization information are entered correctly at checkout. For custom image and pet portrait orders, a proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

If your jewelry arrives defective or if an error was made by Charm & Tale, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange the item at no additional cost.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect or error

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, or modifications made after delivery are not eligible for exchange.
